Bavaros UG (haftungsbeschränkt) builds the operating system for how your company runs: a case moves through your systems on its own - triggered by what comes in, checked against your rules, logged step by step. AI agents are the means, not the point.
Our thesis
Every company is running 1990s workflows.
Look around. We still pay people to act as routers: reading a PDF in one window and typing its contents into an ERP in another. Slow, error-prone, expensive.
That was never stupidity. It was arithmetic. Connecting two companies meant building and maintaining a custom integration for every single partner - and for all but your largest counterparties, that cost more than the work it saved. So everyone fell back on the one interface that needs no agreement: a document and a human.
That arithmetic has changed. Those connections are now cheap to build and cheap to keep running. Which is why we think the next decade splits in two.
Across companies: deterministic APIs
Not agents writing each other emails and hoping. Authenticated endpoints, agreed schemas, rules checked by machine: your supplier’s system posts its offer straight to your API, the API validates it against the variance in price and lead time your contract allows, and the award is decided by the same rules every time - auditable, reproducible, no inbox involved.
The first step is already law: since January 2025 every German business must be able to receive structured e-invoices, from January 2027 companies above EUR 800,000 in prior-year turnover must issue them, and from January 2028 it applies to everyone. Orders, quotes and delivery notes follow the same path for the same reasons. We build the authenticated APIs and the verifiable bridges between your systems of record and your partners’ endpoints.
Inside your company: judgment stays human
People and AI working together over your own data - with the tool for a decision built on demand, instead of a menu somebody designed in 2011. Your ERP stays the ledger; it stops being the screen everyone has to work through. Analysis, strategy, exceptions: that is where people belong, and that is where BavarOS puts them back.
Most of your partners will still send PDFs for years. So we do both: agents that finish today’s manual work, running on a foundation that turns deterministic as your partners catch up.
That foundation is the point: an operating system for your company. Underneath it sits one shared record - the original documents, the cases built from them, and every step taken on them. Outward it feeds the interfaces, inward it feeds the analysis. Your line-of-business systems keep their ledgers.

No months-long rollout project. We take one process all the way into production - only once it runs do we start the next.
We handle the integration
You need no developers in-house. We connect your inbox, ERP and line-of-business apps - by API or secured VPN, on-premise included.
You set the limits
You decide what runs unattended and where someone approves. We do not make that call for you - and every step is logged.
No migration, no lock-in
We rip nothing out and force no migration - your systems of record and your data stay where they are, in Germany. But every process that moves to BavarOS means fewer people need to touch those systems at all. Whether that ever leads you to drop a licence is your call, not ours.
